THE CHALLENGE:


During Facebook Community Week, Facebook sought innovative ways to enhance community, unity, and cohesion among its culturally diverse team, bringing together employees from various geographic backgrounds. Oo La Lab wes invited by Facebook to offer an entertaining and educational online workshop catering to 400 facebook staff.

OUR SOLUTION:


We decided to focus on our home fragrance capabilities, hosting an online reed diffuser workshop focused on revealing the ‘human chemistry’ of perfume. 

During the workshop, all 400 participants had the opportunity to make their very own perfume. Products and materials for workshop participants were delivered to their home before the workshop began. A key highlight of the session was people of different cultural and geographical backgrounds building deeper understanding of one another through our shared fascination for the human sense of smell.
